Reach Home and Community Care is aware that getting about and traveling can be difficult for those with disabilities. Our Assist-Travel/Transport Program strives to support people with disabilities so they can access travel and transportation services so they may take part in their community, get to appointments, and accomplish their goals. Our program offers a range of services, including transportation to and from medical appointments, community events, social outings, and other activities. Our expert staff are skilled and knowledgeable in meeting the transportation needs of people with disabilities since they have received the appropriate training and experience in this area.
