At Reach Home and Community Care, we are committed to supporting individuals with disabilities to live their lives to the fullest. Daily personal activities can be challenging for some people, which is why we offer our Assist-Personal Activities Program to provide assistance with tasks and personal care. We take a person-centered approach to make sure that each participant's unique needs and preferences are satisfied, and that they experience the process in a way that makes them feel at ease and valued. Our support staff are able to assist with transferring and positioning to ensure safety and comfort when using mobility aids including wheelchairs, walkers, and crutches.
